Poetry is at the center of a wide variety of subjects that interest kids and contribute to their development as students and as people. Together, we create memorable, age-appropriate experiences that open up minds and change attitudes about grammar, self-expression, speaking in front of audiences, and the ownership of intellectual property. Through found poetry exercises, journaling, newspaper reviews, and other activities, kids get to try out their growing vocabularies and knowledge in ways that they can't in a regular schoolday.
